Paula Reardon

Paula assists attorneys with numerous aspects of many types of business and corporate law matters. She prepares and coordinates corporate filings in Ohio and throughout the country. She has experience in the areas of general corporate compliance, business formations, dissolutions, reorganizations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate records maintenance and intercompany restructurings. She also has experience in matters involving charitable organizations and nonprofit corporations.

Paula also provides assistance related to all areas and forms of intellectual property. She has experience with filing, prosecution, regulation and maintenance of trademarks and service marks, both in the United States and internationally, including filings in accordance with the Madrid Protocol, as well as providing assistance in the litigious enforcement of intellectual property rights. In addition, she has extensive experience in franchise matters, including matters involving franchise agreements, license agreements, leases, memoranda of leases, amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates, subordination agreements, terminations and easements for multiple real estate acquisition/disposition transactions for both domestic and international franchisees.
